PSU: Corsair 850 RM +80 Gold.

Is it possible that my chip can't overclock beyond 4.2 GHz despite increasing the voltage?

It gives me blue screen with Whea_Uncorrectable_Error, if even try 4,4 GHz and 4,3GHz it goes blue on benchmark run.

I have tried core voltage between 0,9V - 1,3V.

Edit: I have updated all drivers and bios.

Solution
WHEA=Windows Hardware Error Architecture

If your PC runs fine at 4.2ghz, and you got Whea_Uncorrectable_Error when you did benchmark, that most likely the problem is from cpu ocing. So you may just stop at 4.2ghz.
