I've been having this problem for 5 days and I have no clue how to fix it, I've reinstalled windows, I've tested my cpu/ram with prime95, and I've tested my hard drives they are all fine. I've had this build for over 3 months with no problems I need some help please.

PC specs:
windows 8.1 64bit
i-5 6600K
16gb g-skill ripjaw ram
ATI radeon r470 8gb
2 western digital hard drives

Minidump files: https://www.dropbox.com/s/6v3z7ju50k7tr8x/Minidumps.rar?dl=0

I don't see any software driver problems, I would guess the CPU is overheating or the power supply fluctuated. I would monitor temps, and remove any power strip and plug the power supply directly to a wall outlet.

I would also update the BIOS to the current version. Sometimes they can have timing fixes to the BIOS.
but because of the short system uptime I would expect it to be a overheating problem. be sure to check and make sure the system fans are running at full speed. sometimes you can get a cable catching a fan and make it stop. (or dust). make sure the exhaust ports are not blocked
------------
there is a new bios update for this machine:
look here:https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-Z270E-GAMING/HelpDesk_Download/

------------------
cpu called the bugcheck because of a cache error from cpu core 3 on cache bank 0

Ok i will try this, ive got a cooler master hyper 212 evo on my cpu but i will monitor the the temps of the cores to find out whats going on thanks

ok i plugged in the power supply to a wall socket, i monitored the temps they didnt go over 50c and when it crashed it wasnt over 30c, im not sure how to update my bios and i dont want to mess it up. here are 2 more minidumps https://www.dropbox.com/s/crvoat553bkg5ku/2%20minidumps.rar?dl=0

\SystemRoot\System32\drivers\TeeDriverW8x64.sys Wed Aug 31 15:45:52 2016
I am not sure about this version of this file. it is a intel management driver
I would look for a update directly form intel or the machine vendor.
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/

you should also make sure windows update is running. it will update this file
\SystemRoot\system32\mcupdate_GenuineIntel.dll Fri Jul 4 05:59:36 2014
which loads fixes for known bugs in various intel cpu versions.
Your cpu came out Q3'15 so the Microsoft update for the CPU patches have not been installed.
(just in case it is a known cpu bug) generally a BIOS update fill install the CPU patches, the Microsoft dll is loaded as a second chance to patch bugs in the CPU code. neither are up to date so you could be hitting a cpu bug

--------------
both bugchecks were cause by a error from the same core and cache bank.

Error Type : Cache error
Error : ICACHEL0_IRD_ERR (Proc 3 Bank 0)
System Uptime: 0 days 0:03:45.002
second bugcheck had 4 min 52 second uptime.

you might run the intel cpu diagnostic tool:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005567/processors.html

but I would readup on how to update the bios to the current version and focus on that.

generally, if the problem was voltage fluctuation or heating you see problem occurring on different cores and cache banks.
on each bugcheck..
------------------

i updated my bios and used the intel diagnostic program and it passed everything, im a bit scared to use windows update because i tried doing it before when this was happening and it made my computer not want to boot windows at all for some reason. i had 4 crashes and only 2 of them were bsods one just froze and another just restarted with no bsod.
minidumps: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1ue0ipghx7jv7qw/Desktop.rar?dl=0

Ok i installed all of the optional updates for windows 8.1 for x64 systems, should i install the security updates aswell?

UPDATE: so far its going on 3 hours without any problems, if it makes it tomorrow without any crashes ill consider it fixed

After 10 hours of nothing happening i decided to start doing stuff on it, then it crashed. heres the minidump from it https://www.dropbox.com/s/vv1ct1vo227nqp1/032418-18390-01.rar?dl=0 i hope i can get this fixed soon if not at some point.

looks like the other bugchecks by the CPU,
always the same core and cache bank.
you might want to monitor the temps and the voltages.

you may want to change your memory dump from minidump to a kernel memory dump. It will contain more debug info and might include thermal zone data that can be dumped.

you might want to provide info on your power supply. Just not sure as to the cause, generally if it is power or heat problems different cache banks and cores generate the bugcheck. Maybe a scratched pad between the CPU and motherboard pin. (I would expect the CPU diagnostic to fail in that case)

back to I don't know the cause. well see below just in case you have a adobe flash player malware.
you could run Malwarebytes or a virus scan to see.

-------------
other issue unrelated to the bugcheck:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/security-updates/SecurityBulletins/2015/ms15-077
your copy of \SystemRoot\System32\ATMFD.DLL
Adobe Type Manager Font Driver
seems to have the timestamp removed.
you might run cmd.exe as an admin then run
sfc.exe /scannow
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

(just in case the file has been replaced)

Error Type : Cache error
Operation : Instruction Execute
Severity : Fatal
Error : ICACHEL0_IRD_ERR (Proc 3 Bank 0)
System Uptime: 0 days 10:27:30.210

Ok here is the kernal dump https://www.dropbox.com/s/f3vz0mh4watmjpi/Kernel%20Dump.rar?dl=0 my power supply is a seasonic g-650w 80+ gold the voltage for the cpu is 1.184 i believe, i also turned of turbo mode in bios

kernel dumps are stored as c:\windows\memory.dmp file.
the file provided looks like minidump it does not have the proper info in it.
check to see if you have c:\windows\memory.dmp file

Yea i found the memory.dmp file im uploading it right now might be a bit since my upload speed is not good. i used cpu-z to check the voltages and it was between 0.736 and 1.2ish

Ok heres the dump https://www.dropbox.com/s/vz2prjrb4y4dybp/MEMORY.rar?dl=0 thanks for helping btw

go into control panel and turn off virtual memory to delete you hidden c:\pagefile.sys
modified win32k driver
1037 errors : win32k (fffff960000ad1ff-fffff960000ad645)
this indicates malware infection. start cmd.exe as an admin and run
sfc.exe /scannow
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
run a Malwarebytes scan then reboot the machine and turn the virtual memory back on.

then see below: go to motherboard vendor and install the usb3 drivers that match your bios version, update bios verision if not the current one.
-------

-something is wrong with your usb3 ports do you really have 26 usb 3 ports? usb 3 ports are reseting over and over

Intel WIDI Bus Enumerator driver
Related to Intel Widi - Wireless Display
\SystemRoot\System32\drivers\iwdbus.sys Thu Nov 5 15:10:07 2015
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/search?keyword=widi
this is discontinued but here is a link to the last version. remove it if you do not use it.

I would remove WinRing0x64.sys 67 copies, something really wrong with this driver.
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=WinRing0x64.sys

something is hiding in the pagefile.sys

ok i did all that, the only thing malwarebytes found was 2 potentially dangerous files in google chrome. dism.exe did repair something though, i only found 1 file of winring0x64 so i deleted it.

Dang it crashed again, here's the kernel dump
https://www.dropbox.com/s/tfefrs8e5r0jb0d/Kernel%20Dump%203%2C29%2012am.rar?dl=0
Edit: I was downloading a game using its own launcher and it completed after 3 or so hours but then i turned on steam and started something else then it crashed pretty quickly after it rebooted i started steam again to continue and it crashed soon after.
