Hello, I built my PC in 2019. Suddenly I keep getting a blue screen with this error. Restarted and logged in. After a few seconds, same error.

Do you think it is the Samsung NVMe SSD failing? I don’t have the machine in front of me. I think it is 970 EVO Plus.

I cloned the internal drive about a month ago. Is it better to clone the current system with the same clone drive (which may carry whatever problem and overwrite the current backup) or get a new drive to clone it and replace the current SSD inside the PC with the new one?

you should put the minidump on a public server, share it for public access and post a link

parameter 1 indicate what component called the bugcheck.
(normally the cpu or the pci/e bus) not likely going to be the drive.

normal cause of this bugcheck are:
bad cpu voltage, bad overclock, fan failure on cpu, two copies of a overclock driver, motherboard power protection circuit rebooting cpu.
