Question when ı start up my computer it shows mercury mother board logo then black screen with a blinking cursor

ı tried to boot from usb but when ı choose the boot device it shows the cursor again when ı remove the hdd it gives that cursor again (same) but ı am sure that computer reads my hdd cause ı can see my hdd and hdd specs at bios setup so what can ı do pls help me
