[SOLVED] When booting the pc stutters then comes back to normal after 10min

Hey guys today when i turned on my pc something was wrong, the mouse keeps jumping (breaks) and when i put music its does a nasty sound (sync'd with breaks), any idea whats causing this?

cpu/gpu/motherboard temp?

CPU - ryzen 5 3600x
RAM -Corsair vengeance 4x8gb 3200mhz
GPU- RX radeon xt red devil
PSU - Corsair rx 750
CPU cooler - Corsair Hydro Series H115i RGB Platinum 280mm
1TB nvme
1TB ssd samsung 860

CPU temp is always around 60c-70c
GPU 50c +/-
System temp 32c

This happens when i turn my pc up dont think temps are the problem

No i have been playin some games for like 4h now, those are the temps now

60 its the maximun it has been today, i bought all in one.

Its Weird because i only get the problem in first 15min after booting the pc. Sound cracking mouse jump from point A to B and video too....after 15min +/- the problem goes away and seems a completly normal computer

Today was trying to reboot the pc and a blue screen showed up with code

DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

I have all drivers updated, dont understand downloaded them from amd pages, driver for grafics, mobo drivers...

No, but i noticed that this was happening when i updated to lastest SATA drivers set for my MOBO... why is this happening?

Can try and reinstall all latest drivers for your system. See if that help. Start with the chipset drivers,then the rest.

Other option, since a pretty new system, might be reinstall of windows.
