When booting up, it goes into this screen. Any ideas?

As the title states, recently when booting up my pc, it always defaults to this screen. Only by pressing F1 will it continue to boot into Windows

You need to check your BIOS settings to find any that will disable MBEX, or even simply disable Option ROM display.

if it still errors out try swapping out the cmos battery if the unti a few years old it may not be holding bios info.

Its custom. Asrock B85M Pro .

Since it still boots after F1, try downloading and running the Asrock App Store and see if it has any new Intel software for PC - http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/B85M%20Pro4/?cat=Download&os=Win1064

you may need to update the BIOS - if it lets you, do it through the bios itself and not windows
