Do you have to keep switching it on and off until it starts, or does it just come on by itself after 5-10 mins?

Hi, Just comes on by itself, sometimes if a USB is unpluged it seems to get a power surge and starts,

Hmmm.... Do you have an external hard drive permanently plugged in? Also what psu do you have? And how old is your pc? To me it sounds like a psu problem...

No external hard drive, pc is aprox 2 years old, no more details at hand at the moment ( at Work ) will check out later. Thank`s.
