when computer switched on beeps 6 times then nothing

Have Dell optiplex 760 win 7 HE downloaded updated graphics card from Intel it said to restart did that it, got a weird looking picture on monitor then it shut down, will not start when switched on get 6 beeps light is on but nothing else monitor shows no signal will not accept repair disk or windows installation CD

If the beeps were not in a code, like 1 long, pause, 2 short, pause, 3 short, the 6 beeps in a row is video card bios failure.

So what do I do now replace the video card it is an integrated card

I would see if a friend or someone has an old spare card you could try to see if it actually resolves the problem.
