When connecting tv box (you view)to pc monitor the monitor states that it is out of range

I wanted to connect my youview box to my computer's monitor but it says its out of range but windows will work perfectly on it. Why? And how to fix it

It means either wrong resolution or frequency which you have to change in that TV box, Also check monitor's manual, it may have an auto adjust button.
