When I am copying same files from computer to ScanDisk memory stick I am getting error message - showing no sufficient space, so cannot copy.

how big is the file? size of memory stick? whats already on the stick?

If the memory stick is formatted as FAT32, you won't be able to place files over 4 gig on it. You will need to format the memory stick as NTFS, exFAT, or some other suitable format. Copy all the files from the stick to your hard drive, format appropriately, then copy the files back onto the stick.
