When CPU heat rises quickly, fan doesn't speed up at the same rate.

I'm overclockingand using prime95 to stress test, and it gets my CPU up to 60 (max temp) in ~30 seconds. My fan has only gone up about one step by the time it's heated up. Using an Asrock 970 Extreme3 r2.0 and a Thermaltake NiC F4.

Its obviously spinning fast enough . The temps are fine .

The simplest way to make it run faster would be to change the target temperature to a slightly lower figure in BIOS , but it will also be noisier
