BOINC crashed in the last 24 hrs and I'm wondering when it did so. I've searched both System & Application of Windows Logs of Event Viewer for Critical, Error & Warning logged in last 24 hrs, and I saw nothing related to that. Could it be that the software isn't fully compatible with Windows 10, thus not properly logging it's crashes?

Thank you for your assistance

From these two options, which one did you install? As for the installation, did you install the app in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator. Ona side note, what version(not edition) of Windows 10 are you working with? Motherboard's make and model? BIOS version for said motherboard?
Download BOINC
for Windows 64-bit (8.98 MB)
(BOINC 7.16.11)

No
Motherboard's make and model?
GIGABYTE GA-B150M-DS3H (rev. 1.0)
BIOS version for said motherboard?
🤷‍♂️

An application can crash without any record anywhere. Especially applications like that, which perform little I/O, and just crunch numbers.

I don't know the specifics of BOINC, but may be there's a way for it to provide continuous updates with timestamps (eg Folding@Home can do that).
