When do I install Water cooler?

I'm just ordering all new pc parts aside from a new CPU cooler (I'm reusing my Corsair AIO water cooler , PSU, and HDD. I'm just wondering at what point do i install the radiator (most likely putting in the back of my case) and put on the cooler part on top of my CPU?

Basically, whenever is easiest for you.
I personally recommend somewhere near the end, get all the cables routed and out of the way, but not too far that you lose access to the backplate etc.

Thanks, I just don't want to do anything too wrong since this is my first time building.

It may be easier to mount the radiator to the case before the mobo is installed, so it's somewhere in the middle.
Depends on the PC case really, and the cooler.
