I am new to this overclocking culture a total noob. Anyway so I have an AMD FX 6300 3.5 ghz. Im using Prime95 (small FFT's) for testing stability. I was able to stabilize my CPU @ 4.1 ghz. I tested with small FFTs ran it for 11 hours with all workers still working. Like any other ambitious SOB, ofcourse I wanna go higher! I cranked it up to 4.2 ghz. It boots up just fine no problem. I ran Prime95 again. 6 hours into the torture test, one worker stopped working. it went on for 3 more hours and the other 5 workers kept going. would you guys consider that stable? or do all workers need to be working for your CPU to be considered stable?
