When do you think newegg will restock their r9 280x's?

I ordered a xfx r9 280x off rakuten to get a better price, then it got they cancelled the order. Now all of the r9 280x's are out of stock everywhere. Should I wait for them to get restocked or jump on the gtx 770. I'm liking the sound of mantle though.
