When does this site started "Awaiting approval before being displayed publicly"?

when we changed software last year.

It only happens if you edit a thread after posting it, it should stop happening once you have a high enough post count.
It is a spam filter, it does it to everyone though.

it can happen at times when there are only a few mods here. You should have waited, not started 4 threads.
