When gaming, whole pc freezes and gives me BSOD whea_uncorrectable_error

So i've been playing some of the newer games like the division, but it also starts with GTA V. Sometimes when I play a game my pc just freezes out of nowhere, and gives me a BSOD with the message WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR . Does anyone have any idea what causes this BSOD?

EDIT: I'm still on windows 8.1, but the problem also occured on windows 10 as I downgraded back to 8.1
