When Haswell comes out do you think stores will have it that day?

I know it's very dependent on the store but I was wondering when Intel releases a new processor is that the day stores are allowed to sell it or when stores can order them? Thanks!

Hardware ships to retailers days before the official launch but they aren't allowed to sell it, or leak any info under the NDA until the launch date.
