[SOLVED] When I add extra ram, computer turns off and on repeatedly.

I built my computer about a year ago, and ran into a major issue. My gaming performane was *. I have a gtx1060 3gb, factory overclocked, ryen 3 1200@3.7gh 3.1v? Msi b350M pro-vdh, and 2x8gb of clock speed 16 2666mh ram. Back then, I got Battlefield 1. I struggled to get 40fps on medium settings, and it was the same story in Rise of the Tomb Raider, and Just cause 3, and on Fortnite. I had accediantly purchased a 5200rmp HDD, not a 7200 one, so I thought that was the issue. I bought a 480gb SSD, and saw minor performance increases. But, when I opened BF1 and Just Cause 3, and The Division, I was kindly greeted with a low memory warning. I did not have anything else running in the backround, and it couldn't me malware, because I had just got a clean install of windows on a brand new SSD. (Remember, at the time I only had 8gb of ram)

So I tried putting my 8gb of ram into DIMMB2, as I thought it could be a faulty DIMM, but it didnt resault in any changes. Still a low memory warning. At this point I'm thinking it could be a faulty RAM stick, but things become much more complicated. I went ahead and purchased another 8gb of ram, (The same exact one, same speed and from the same link) And put it into the correct DIMM. My pc started up just fine, and worked wonderfully. I shut down my PC, turned it on, and it just turned off and on repeatedly, With the fans turning on, but now connecting to my monitor. I go ahead and put just the NEW ram into DIMMA2 by itself, so I had 8gb in the system, and tried to power it on. It just turned off and on repeatedly. I put the old ram stick in by itself in DIMMA2, and everything worked just fine. Now I just testes things over and over, and after letting the pc turn off and on for a few minutes, it somehow booted into windows. It did detect 16gb of ram in all, which was good.

Next, I reset my cmos. I did it by using a screwdriver to connect two pins. It booted into bios, I set the dram speed to 2666mh, set my cpu to 3.7gh, with 1.3v. I noticed that this time the bios default settings are different from what the defaults were before cmos reset, most significantly the CPU NBSOC voltage went from 1.048 to .848. ASCII was turned on by default, (It wasnt on before the bios reset) and when I clicked off, it changed the text to RAID, so I had to chose RAID or ASCII, so I kept ASCII. I exited the bios, and the pc just turned off and on repeatedly. Heres some images if it helps: https://imgur.com/a/D8AZ4KS

Now I'm thinking the overlock could be * with my system, so I reset cmos again, and kept the complete default settings it gave me. No overclock, and the ram @2113 mh I think. I exit the bios, and the pc turns off and on repetedly. I hold down the power button to turn it off, and I turn it on again. It connected to the monitor, and made it past the screen where you press DEL to enter bios, and a windows screen popped up, saying it was repairing my PC. Heres the picture: https://imgur.com/mAHFmLV
(Throughout this whole process, the CPU and RAM light on the debug panel were on some of the time. The cpu cable is in all the way)

So know I'm completly and utterly lost on what to do. Any ideas?

Memory is guaranteed in the form sold. Other combinations you decide to make have no guarantee to be compatible together. You are free to do your own compatibility testing with no guarantees.

Memory modules sold as Singles have no guarantee to be compatible in any configuration that differs from use as a Single module.

Use of same thing, exact match, identical may raise your chances that they may work together over the use of random modules, but have no...

2. It looks like you're trying to do too many things at once.
Return the system back to original working condition.

Change one thing at a time, and verify it actually works.

And just the simple concept of mixing RAM sticks may not work at all.

Workarounds to get extra memory to work together include:
lower memory clock speed
relax DRAM timings
raise DRAM voltage
