Your CMOS battery on the mobo probably needs replacement. They are super cheap

Pop in a new battery and once you start up ghir the delete key, go in and set everything up properly Choose default and save your stuff and reboot

it is just a regular watch battery but does need to be the right one. they are usually CR2032 type. should be about $5 for a 2 pack

And one more problem.Sometimes my pc boots and when i reach that Windows loading screen i wait like 4 or 5 sec and after i get a black screen.

swap out that battery, reset the bios settings like mandark said above and see what happens. if a problem is still there then on to next step...
