My speakers doesn't have an out-earphone jack.. So, is there anyway I can connect my earphones to the front jack of the CPU?? Please help me fix this issue..

Earphone jacks on CPU's? Is this some sort of new technology I haven't heard of?

You are trying to plug a headset in? Well depending on the Tower and Motherboard you can plug the headset and mic plugs in the front panel of the tower or into the back panel of the motherboard. Just match the colors green to green, pink to pink. Or if you have a sound card you can plug them into that too.

Thats what I was trying to say... When I connect the headset to the front panel, it doesn't get detected.. What do I do?

It is connected... could it be a driver problem? But, I already downloaded realtek audio drivers.. doesn't seem to work.

If it is not being detected there is an issue with the front panel. Either it is not plugged correctly to the mobo or it is simply not working. Do you have an audio port on the back of the tower on the motherboard?

That's what I did.. it ain't getting detected.

Yes, that audio port is connected to the speakers.

If the front panel isn't functioning you might just have to swap out between speakers and headset. I would really get in there and make sure the cables from the front panel are connected properly to the mobo. I would double and triple check it just to make sure, if they are and it still doesn't work then just unplug the speakers from the back and use your headset then plug the speakers back in when you are done with the headset.

Unplug the speaker from the backside ports and then plug in the headset on the front panel and give it a try.

Tried that too... doesn't work :-(

I can't remove the speakers everytime I want to use the headset.. Its just not practical

It takes literally seconds to do, my front panel got stuff spilled on it and the audip ports on it dont work so I plug and unplug it from the back every time I use them.

Some people even prefer to especially if they have a sound card. I dont get what the big deal is, if the front panel doesnt work then do what works.
