I bought a 4060 to replace my 1660 Super. When I put the 4060 in my PC and open anything it lags the PC bad. I feel like the problem has something to do with the drivers because I used DDU to clean the old drivers off and when the PC restarted Windows it used an old out-of-date driver, I don't have the lag problem but I need a newer driver to play games. Also when I put my 1660 Super back in with the newest drivers everything is fine. I've never had this problem before and everything I see only says to use DDU and I've done that, I've looked at also checked the BIOS to make sure there is nothing in there that needs changing and it looks fine, I've updated my BIOS before I got the GPU because I saw I needed too, I've seen something about enabling hardware accelerated GPU scheduling and I already have that enabled. I'm lost on what to try next. Below are my PC specs. Please help because I have no clue what to do next.
