Question When I install SK Hynix Gold P31 M.2 SSD into my motherboard, my PC won't boot ?

I bought a new SK Hynix Gold P31 M.2 SSD. I put it into my motherboard and my pc tries to boot but won't display anything on the monitors ?
I have triend to remove both RAM and GPU to see if it was a power supply issue but still nothing, I have already updated my bios and also unplugged my HDD.
Nothing seems to work?
