When i left click my screen flashes my background

Hey guys I been playing Smite and Unturned for a bit now, but recently my screen like shows my background for a split second then goes away only happens when i left click. It happens in those 2 game but not in Guild wars 2 or anything like that. Please help.

Have you checked the video cable?

Do you overclock your GPU?

CPU overclock?

It might be the video cable to be honest because i got 1 of them with the screw up and no i dont overclock my gpu nor cpu, but why does it only happen in Smite and Unturned in guild wars 2 it doesn't happen. It started happening when i changed the settings for my games on OBS which was unturned and smite but then i uninstall obs. Could there still be a file of those settings?

It's not the video cable because if it was then why does it not happen in website, only happens in those 2 games Guild Wars 2 it doesn't happen so idk.
