When i open up a game my computer cpu jumps to 100%?

Hello guys, My question is how come every time I try to play a game called (Star Wars The Old Republic) I get a red screen after I login and when I check my cpu it is at 100% and then drops?
I can play it its just the first time I try to open it will jump to 100%

Just started to happen 3 weeks ago..

CPU: i5-3570k

OS Windows 7

A Game Update most likely

And yes I use malwarebites and bitdefender Found nothing.

It's a known game bug. I'd suggest you look at swtor forums for solutions, there are quite a few known ways around it. Here's one. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=551224
