Question When I play games my cpu is at 70% and my gpu is at 0%.

I started playing a game one day with task manager open and realized that it was using like 70% of my graphics card and like .1% of my gpu. So far this problem only occurs with games on steam, so a game like Minecraft doesn't have this problem as far as I know. I don't want my gpu to go to waste so if anyone knows how to fix please help!

What are the specs of your system?

I have a i9-10900k, 3080ti asus tuf, 32gb of ram, an 850w power supply thats gold.
