When i play games my ethernet cable is unplugged

This problem started before 1-2 months
When i start playing games my internet just disconnect and if i press troubleshoot it say ethernet cable is unplugged. I can have internet again only if go to network and sharing center > change adapter settings and press disable and after enable.
I have wired connection
(problem is just on computer when i play games my sister can connect to router...)

My ethernet card is TP-LINK TG-3468
Os W7 32-bit
RAM: 2GB
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 8600 GT(256 mb)
Hard: 500GB
CPU: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+
Motherboard: M56S-S3 Gigabyte

Ps i play older games like TF2 , CoD4 etc...

EDIT: Before 1 week i go to vacation so i turn off router cables , computer etc. when i come home there was no problem, but after 3 days it started again...

Try a different cable, different port on the router, try a different network card.

i tried everything i used card that is in motherboard and problem was "there"
after that i get this network card after 2-3 days there was nothing.
