[SOLVED] When I plug in second stick monitor won’t detect pc

I bought 32gb of ram 2x16 for my pc build. When I place a single 16g stick in my computer the monitor detects it and I have no issues. But when I place the second one it suddenly can’t detect my pc. I’m pretty baffled by this.

I installed windows and everything using one stick of ram, I then installed the other one after turning off the pc. Now my monitor detects my pc but the bios is only detecting 1 stick of 16. Also my specs are in the post above this.

Couple of things to check and try,

Ram are in 2nd and 4th slot from cpu.

Docp ram profile enabled in Bios.

In ai tweaker / advanced ram settings, check command rate is set to 2T.
