When i plug the gpu the monitor cant get any signal

Hi.
I have finally finished my first build today.
After putting every thing together and powering on the pc. it wouldn't show anything on the monitor.
I tried to unplug the gpu and it worked perfectly.
I tried alot but i couldn't get the gpu working with the pc.

My specs :
Motherboard : ASUS MATX M5A78L-M/USB3
CPU : AMD FX 8350
GPU : EVGA GTX 960
RAM : (2*4)GB HYPERX FURY
PSU : EVGA SuperNOVA 750W

Have you connected the power cables to the video card ?

Ok, you connected the power cable AND the HDMI/VGA/DP/DVI cable to the video card (not to the mobo), set the bios previously, checked if you connected the video card in the (first) top 16x pci-e?
