Question When I plug the HDMI in the graphics card, the monitor doesn't display anything, but when I use the motherboard HDMI the monitor works ?

I was playing and after that my screen turned to small white spots then it the screen closed but my computer was on and I tried to clean ram and GPU also to reset the BIOS system all of this has not worked. So I take the GPU out of my case and I plugged the monitor HDMI cable in to the motherboard HDMI and that's works. Can please anyone help me ?
