When I press [Alt] The Start Menu Appears, How to Disable that please?

Did that just start happening? Any new software and/or updates? Browser?

Update:
I tried the keyboard in 2 desktops and the problem appears also so its from the keyboard not from the windows10
the keyboard is Ducky One 2 Mini
