when i press sleep mode button than system goes into lock mode

i hv hp pavilion dv2000 with vista windows. when i want to put my system on sleep mode than windows goes automatic on user lock mode. plz solve my problem. plz give me reply on my email id [removed]

You need to disable the setting "Require password on wake up".
Change it to "Don't require a password".

Control Panel > Power Options
In the left panel, click "Require a password on wakeup"
Change the setting.
Click 'OK'
