When I put a video file or a live video on my second monitor the colors go negative, help please!

This happens with any video files on my computer or live video feeds such as Skype share screens (however not twitch, this doesn't happen with videos from a browser). How can I fix it? The monitor is an AOC 2036 and colors never go strange like this any other time. Here is an example:

Solution
Under your video settings (CCC control center for AMD / Nvidia Control Panel) -> Video->color settings, you should be able to choose the color settings for video reproduction per monitor, seems like that setting is messed up so try setting it back to its default values.
