When i remove the power cable the bios was reset

coms battery was good
when i remove then plug the power cable the bios was reset
could u tell me what the solution for this problem

did you test her with a voltmeter and see if it all push in correctly to the socket

There may be a setting in the bios for it to reset if power is lost. But if that's not the case then the cmos battery is no good because that' what happens when you unplug the power and remove the battery , it resets the bios.
