When I render with adobe after effects I lose signal to monitor.

My temperature on the Graphics Card is around 37-42 degrees Celsius. Also on my CPU it goes up to 50 degrees Celsius. When I render my video card just turns of near the end.

CPU - AMD FX-6300
GPU - Sapphire HD Radeon 7770
Mother Board - MSI 760gm-p23
Psu - 550 Watt
Ram - 4GB (1333mhz)

I edit with adobe after effects, also it happens when I play games like battle field 3 after away but it ALWAYS happens with adobe after effects.
