Question When I restart i just get a black screen and it won't boot after installing new RAM

So I upgraded from 1x8gb 2400 MHz Ddr4 RAM to 2x8gb 3200MHz Ddr4 RAM. I was able to boot into windows the first time but when I restart my computer it just doesn't boot and I get a infinite black screen. The pc doesn't repeatedly restart but it's just a black screen. I have resolved this twice by resetting the bios by taking out the mobo battery but this happens every time I shut off my pc and want to turn it back on. Any solutions to my problem?

Mobo: MSI B450M GAMING PLUS
RAM: Ballistix Sport LT 2x8GB 3200 MHz DDR4
CPU: RYZDN 3 2200G

Yeah it works perfectly with 1 stick without xmp enabled

Yeah I was able to get both sticks in yesterday with xmp working perfectly but today when I wanted to go on my pc the same problem came up again idk what's happening
