Huh? What kind of extension does "all files" have? Lol...

I think you are just seeing the dialog box showing that it is displaying all files. You have to open it and select jpg.

I tried this and it works! I have had the same problem and the drop down box will not change. The only option is all files. I tried your solution of "mypicture.jpg" and it worked perfectly. This has been driving me crazy for such a long time. Thank you!!!
