When i shutdown my pc cpu fan still keep rotating

I made my motherboard connections n later i turn on my pc & evrything was going very well.
when i shutdown my pc, cpu fan was still rotaing & again when i try to turn on my pc its not starting...
there is no any display on monitor.

Mabey it is that the fans are cooling it while in standbymode so the components get the chance to cool down. i would let them run if i were you.

even after shut down my pc fans are continue rotating and i hv to forcely switch off the power supply then only they stop rotating....and my system is not rebooting...there is no any display on monitor screen...
