when i start my computer im getting a NTLDR is missing press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart how can i fix this without a cd?

i used malware bytes to get rid of some threat i had been having it asked to restart pc so i did and when i restart it i come to this message NTLDR is missing press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart and i dont know a thing about computers can someone please help me!?!?!

Do you have any removable media in the system, if you do, unplug it and try again. You should also check to make sure the hard drive is seated properly.
