Whenever i start a game on my pc.. if its singleplayer or multiplayer or even if im not playing games it crashes in the same time almost everyday.. the internet just crashes and sometimes doesnt come up again after 5 hours.. it happens if i launch a game or sometimes even just randomly the same time everyday.. but it most of the time of happens when I start any game.. i checked everything, uninstalled a lot of programs restarted the settings.. already called the provider and they told me that they see that there are connection issues but they didnt know why they only told me that maybe there is too many users connecting and thats maybe why its happening and they will check the connections and etc in the next few days. Also if i use my phone hotspot and data.. it all works no crashes nothing.. i have no idea what could be the problem..

are you connected using wi-fi to the router or is your computer connected by an ethernet (lan) cable?

Did you try a different LAN cable and router port to connect with?

The router´s firmware is up to date?

Is windows network set to public instead of private? Set it to private

Can other computers or laptops connect to the router by LAN cable ?
Yes i tried different ports and lan cables
the firmware is also up to date
it is set to private
yes they can
is it possible the built in ethernet card on the motherboard could not be good?
