Hello,

I have just bought LG 32GP850 monitor.
Connected it thru Display port.
Sometimes when I start up my pc, LG 32GP850 display says that the resolution is not native and pc doesn't start. After I pressing reboot Windows 10 starts...
My card is GTX 980.
How I can fix it? Its very annoying.

Well... but is it normal or something wrong with my new monitor? Why it happens?
this is normal, TVs doesnt report display capabilities when its turned off, which makes your GPU think theres no monitor connected and some bioses will get stuck without video output
there is a workaround with dummy hdmi adapters, so gpu will think there is something connected... which will let you get around this, but ull get black screen during boot if TV was off and pc was started first
windows wont really care what bios thinks, it will load your TV anytime
another workaround which i myself use: use sleep

just noticed that you got monitor (not TV)..thats not normal indeed
try different cable?

I have only 1 display port cable with my LG monitor package... You suppose I need to buy a new one?
May my video card be too old for this display? I have already updated display port firmware by NVIDIA on the GTX 980 but it doesn't help ,,,
