[SOLVED] When I tried to plug in my router from charter to the coax cable sticking out of the wall, it doesn’t turn on. Why is this happening?

I have read the manual and it just tells me to plug it into the wall, but we don’t have a coax outlet in our house except for the one that already has a cable in it. Please help!

If it got no lights whatsoever, like no life, no nothing, it probably needs electricity!
