When i try to drag my folders this happends.. (windows 10)

Okay so i installed Stardock Fences a couple of days ago. It must have broken something since if i try to drag folders this happends.

If you cant click on gyazo stuff:
Bassicly whats happening is when i try to drag a folder it doesnt just lock into a place where i can drag it to.. I can drag it ontop of other folders if i want to..

Are there any fixes for this?

it looks to me like a graphics problem old drivers or something would do a "Display Driver Uninstaller" remove old stuff re-install new

did you look through the settings for fences? its likely to be in there.

Uninstall Stardock Fences or use System Restore.

Well when i install fences i cant move files atall like i cant move them they just wont move whatever i do.. Also there are no settings on Fences (cant find them atleast)

Right click on desktop => View => Align icons to grid
