Hey there, shivakeerthan.

Do you want to recover data or you just want to try and fix the pen drive so that it works again?
If you don't need to recover data or anything, you could try to reformat it, or try doing that via a different computer, to see if that fixes the issue. If this doesn't prove helpful you could try the following:
1. Open CMD as an administrator
2. type attrib X:\autorun.inf -s -a -h -r and press "enter" (where X is the letter of the pen drive, so don't forget to change it with the correct one)
3. type del X:\autorun.inf -s -a -h -r and press "enter" (same thing for the letter)
4. reconnect the flash drive to see if it's properly recognized and if you can access it.
