when i turn my computer on, it turns off immediately, and a few seconds after turns back on, what can cause this?

this has happened to me in the passed, and it was coupled with a boot failure when i entered my bios, and resets my overclock. just yesterday it happened but i got no error, my overclock just reverted itself. today however, it turned off and on again but no bios reset. this behavior is now happening more frequently, what is going on ?

motherboard: gigabyte z170 gaming 3
cpu: i5 6600k oc to 4.3 ghz
gpu: zotac gtx 1070
psu: evga 850w supernova Gold rated
ssd: Kingston SSDNow UV400 120gb

k...then youre going to need to work on stabilizing the overclock.
