When I turn my pc on in the morning The monitor light goes on and then.. See below

When I turn my pc on in the morning The monitor light comes on. I get a flash of the screen logo and a flash of the windows logo Then the video goes off but the light stays green on the monitor I have to restart it 5 times before the video stays on Then it is fine for the day until I start it up the next morning

Still running Windows XP I don't like Windows 7, 8 or 10 To invasive for me I will upgrade when I have to XP is solid Never had a problem with it The system is a Cisnet which is made by Dell 4 gig RAM. 500 meg Seagate Harddrive, Amd Athlon 64 x2 dual core, Ati Radeon 4500 series video card.

I have been working on computers for 42 years now And never come across anything like this I know it has nothing to do with the O/S. It has to be hardware.
