[SOLVED] When I turn on my PC and monitor it picks up a signal and let’s me navigate the brightness settings of the monitor, but no bios appears?

I have not yet installed windows. When I turn on the monitor, it says “DP” then it goes black with a small white rectangle near the top left. I can navigate the settings of the monitor (brightness, resolution, etc.) but I don’t get a startup screen. What’s going on?

Tried connecting PC via HDMI instead of Display Port? Some bios need to be set up to use specific output to show on, yours might be showing on HDMI
