Question When I turn on PC I don't have display untill I unplug and replug the HDMI cable ?

Title says it all, I reinstalled Windows and I didn't have to do it for 1 day, 2nd day It started again, I am tired of unplugging and replugging HDMI every day when I turn on PC, and it's just first time, if I turn it off afternoon for 1-2 hours I don't have to unplug and replug HDMI, same with rebooting, it works fine.

I don't know what to do. My specs are

LG 22M35 monitor
