When I Turn PC off it doesn't turn back on!!

Hello

I've been having a problem with my PC where when I turn it off from Windows the monitors don't display anything, but when I wait for it to load windows and the turn it off from holding down the button it, and then turn it on, it works and loads fine. Does any one no what's causing this?

I have an

Intel i5-3570K
Asus P8Z77-V LX
Corsair Vengeance 8GB (1x8)
GTX 660Ti
Corsair CX750

Its either the monitor is faulty or you need to update the BIOS of MB.

Sorry for the late reply, Monitor isnt faulty because i've tried it on several different ones and does the same. The monitor works normal on the second boot aswell. I updated the BIOS and it worked for the fist few times and then it went back to how it was.

Any clues?
