When i turnoff my pc or laptop no internet need to reset modem.

Hello,
I have this problem that when i turn off my laptop or my PC the internet will cuts.To get the internet again i need to turn off the modem and restart it again.If i turn off my PC i will not have internet on my laptop and if i turn off the laptop no on the PC.It sound's strange to me and also strange to my Network supplier :/ .

What can it be ?

Are the computers connected wired or wirelessly? Is the modem actually a modem-router device, or do you have a separate router? Provide the make and model of each device and any other details to help others assist you.

The Pc is wired and the laptop is wireless. And the modem is modem-router both of them.

Is this a dsl connection? I've seen this happen when the authentication is setup on the pc rather than the router.

Bluestreak66 i have my telephone line connected with the modem . Do you know how to fix this ?
